By accessing or using BizFlow NH ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BizFlow NH is a commercial integration platform connecting SAP Business One with the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF). The Service is provided by BizCode Sp. z o.o. under a commercial license.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

BizFlow NH is proprietary software owned by BizCode Sp. z o.o. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
